Approach

An interim management assignment is not a stopgap: it is an intervention with lasting effect. My role is to run the function today and leave the organization stronger than I found it.

1. Rapid diagnosis

From the first days, I build a clear picture of the situation: cash, reliability of the accounts, breaking points, urgent issues. A candid assessment, shared with senior management.

2. Quick wins

I act fast on what secures the business: cash, critical reporting, blocking issues. Visible results within the first weeks.

3. Structuring

Once the urgency is under control, I put lasting processes back on a sound footing: closing, management control, tools, team upskilling.

4. Handover

I plan my exit from day one: documentation, recruiting or training my successor, an organized handover. The company does not depend on my continued presence.

A senior, autonomous, hands-on executive who speaks the language of industry as fluently as that of finance.
