As an interim CFO, I put 25 years of experience in finance and operations at the service of business leaders facing a critical phase or a major project.
I work through Childéric Entreprises, my interim management company. I take on assignments both directly with leaders of mid-sized companies and through specialist interim management firms.
What sets me apart: a genuine dual background in finance and industry, full autonomy in the role, and long experience of international multi-site environments. I enjoy situations where you have to hold the present steady while rebuilding for the future.
I also teach at NEOMA Business School, where I give courses in cost accounting and management control in French and English.
